The SimVenture Team collaborates with a growing number of partners all over the world. Partners play an integral role in helping to make SimVenture successful in the UK and around the globe.
This page acknowledges the work of existing partners and highlights how you and/or your organisation may become a partner and get involved with SimVenture.
Agents SimVenture is used and sold in over 30 countries. Agents have been appointed in most of these territories and work with the team to supply software and training where necessary. We are seeking to appoint agents in every country around the globe. Further details are available on the International page.
Clients Feedback from customers is ongoing and highly valued. The Team maintains active communications with people who suggest improvements for the business game and/or the way it is used in a teaching environment. Since clients often share their experience in detail, we very much view them as partners in contributing to the nature of future developements. To foster this relationship we have created an online forum so ideas and best practice can be continually shared.
Associations Organisations that supply services to us are an important part of our business. We value long-term relationships and always seek innovative ways to work with agencies that can add value to what we do. For example, since 2006 we've worked with Enterprise Educators UK and benefited hugely from their knowledge and understanding of the Higher Education market.
Most recently, we teamed up with Grant Thornton's 'Educate to Innovate' program to help run a SimVenture-based competition called 'Umph!' at the Galpharm Stadium in Huddersfield. The first event in 2011 was highly sucesssful and involved school and college teams from all over Yorkshire. The next Umph! event is scheduled to take place on July 3rd 2012.
Research & Development Four years of R&D led to the successful launch of SimVenture in 2006. Today research plays an integral role within the company and informs much of our development work. Find out more about our research work with our academic partner at the University of West London and discover how you can also feedback thought and opinion.
